Matt Learning was charged with the felony offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The trial court denied Learnings pretrial motion to suppress, and Learning subsequently entered a plea of no contest as part of a plea agreement. The trial court found him guilty. On appeal, Learning contends that the trial court erred in: (1) denying his motion to suppress; and (2) failing to hold a second competency hearing. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
